# LIE - the “Enterpriser” (TeNi)

* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Strategy” ]

1. “Base” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAHklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAyaiVUIVjmogJsSGQygBAGOyARctg8RmAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Te ]

LIEs are almost constantly formulating practical plans of action; collecting and making sense of as much relevant data as they can to accurately inform their ventures. They are very mentally active, and keen to verbalize their reasoning to any who’re open to collaboration with their strategic goals. For an LIE, factual accuracy is paramount, and knowledge is a resource which only has value when it’s being actively put to productive use.

2. “Creative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAASElEQVQoFWNgwA7+A4VBGAMwYYiQIYBsMjIbbBTFNmCYCDQWRYwiG1BMQvM7XI5sG+AmoJmMzAWrIcsGYkyH2fSfEcgiRQMDAAq7DP8hUE6AAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Ni ]

While an LIE is quick in improvising plans in the moment based on immediately available data, they are quick to grasp its strategic implications, and keen to optimize their various schemes around serving more long-term purposes. However, despite taking a longer view, LIEs tend not to commit themselves to following singular courses of action, and readily change tack as needed.

* #### “Diverting” Block - \[ “Aesthesis” ]

3. “Role” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAKElEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QSZsgvjEhoMGUEjgCiWsfh8OnibZDwCFqQIW5gZ6ywAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fe ]

LIEs are quite energetic and outgoing individuals, readily conveying their enthusiasm for ventures of interest to them. Even so, LIEs tend to seek out interaction with others for the purpose of working towards practical ends, rather than just purely recreational socializing. And, despite being adequately capable with physical expression, an LIE leans more into dry, factual accuracy in their communication.

4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAATElEQVQoFWNkwAT/0YQY0fhwLkghumKQJFZxbArhJkEZYDVM6KLE8IkxHWbOf5JtoL0GuNtgDDw0+aEEMxRkArYQQxHHFu3omlDUAABJTg//VPgh0QAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Si ]

In their myopic pursuit of “getting things done” and staying productive, an LIE is very prone to neglecting their health. On top of being highly cerebral and poorly attuned to signals their body is sending, LIEs typically have little interest in attending to aesthetic concerns or “stopping to smell the roses”, as it were. Individuals of this type tend to view their body almost as a machine to be worked to its functional limits, and find it difficult to take necessary leisure time without prompting.

* #### “Dovetailing” Block - \[ “Volition” ]

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAOklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QZAYNg3YxMD6mXCZgkt8EGpgweVWoDhOj+OUwGLY/0HoaVD0k+IHBgBiPwcPO3+IrQAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fi ]

An LIE’s poor attunement to the subjective conditions of their body also makes it rather difficult for them to confidently evaluate their visceral likes & dislikes. This also hampers their ability to subjectively gauge the strength of their relationships with others, leaving them to rely on reasoning post hoc from purely objective behaviors to discern even their own relational attitudes. For this reason, LIEs prefer to rely on the judgment of trusted individuals who are proven to be more adept at making such personal evaluations.

6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAVklEQVQoFb1R2wpAIQjT6P9/udOCxRLCTg/5pLvgSm+9TMrdZTILtFWyURhxGguInZgm1QyDElmPwMsbMsPvDQ8M/K4sO3ho7yKdbKFmXppAPCJxRv4AhFMdEL1ax1YAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Se ]

LIEs are readily identified as relentlessly driven workaholics. While far more adept with using their natural ingenuity to solve or work around problems, LIE’s are not adverse to directly asserting themselves as a means of overcoming obstacles when necessary. Even so, sustained physical confrontation is not a particular strong suit for LIEs, leaving them to rely more on clever strategic maneuvering to effectively deal with serious opposition.

* #### “Trailing” Block - \[ “Interpretation” ]

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAMUlEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAxaQyv//idPDyMjIwES00VCFoxqICTHahxIjKKKJcQpMDQDTbAUXrf8MiAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Ti ]

Coherent thought and rigorously consistent logical framing are of no difficulty for an LIE. However, LIEs have absolutely no interest in intellectual formalisms or theorizing unless they see clear empirical validation and practical applications for it. For this reason, an LIE is liable to dabble and use multiple theoretical systems based on what’s worked for them previously, with no concern for whether or not they’re consistent with one another. If an LIE does take time out to theorycraft, it's purely in the interest of updating a system to better account for available facts.

8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAWUlEQVQoFZWRMQ4AIAgDrf//swoJpIJoZBFLrwxgrGqhAKhyGLUevM9vAixdSO4tKQE2qN4NOCVGbQOqVNYdiEls4pkDbLj1CnBCZTbP9wY5abp0tUX07w0TQOYIKuOiDqIAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Ne ]

Generation of novel ideas comes as easily to LIEs as their practical reasoning skills. As such, they tend to have very wide and varied interests. However, as with all their intellectual pursuits, an LIE’s brainstorming is overwhelmingly geared towards strategic ends, such as thinking up contingency plans or alternative ventures which may prove profitable down the line. For this type, time is only invested in ideas which can be put to some practically relevant use.
