# ESI - the “Conservator” (FiSe)

* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Volition” ]

1. “Base” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAOklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QZAYNg3YxMD6mXCZgkt8EGpgweVWoDhOj+OUwGLY/0HoaVD0k+IHBgBiPwcPO3+IrQAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fi ]

ESIs are strongly centered in their visceral attitudes and preferences. Individuals of this type instinctively make gut evaluations about the trustworthiness of others based on their personal interactions with them, or any other factual information they’ve been provided about a given individual. As a result, ESIs tend to be very selective about who they form close connections with, and can be harsh in their judgments of those they disapprove of. However, once an ESI establishes a meaningful relationship with someone they are fiercely loyal.

2. “Creative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAVklEQVQoFb1R2wpAIQjT6P9/udOCxRLCTg/5pLvgSm+9TMrdZTILtFWyURhxGguInZgm1QyDElmPwMsbMsPvDQ8M/K4sO3ho7yKdbKFmXppAPCJxRv4AhFMdEL1ax1YAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Se ]

While not particularly proactive or wide-ranging in their pursuits, ESIs possess a resolute strength of character. Once an ESI has set their heart & mind to something, they will stubbornly persist against all odds with an indomitable will. However this steely toughness is almost always in the service of supporting, defending, or otherwise tangibly benefiting those they care for.

* #### “Diverting” Block - \[ “Interpretation” ]

3. “Role” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAMUlEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAxaQyv//idPDyMjIwES00VCFoxqICTHahxIjKKKJcQpMDQDTbAUXrf8MiAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Ti ]

ESIs tend to have an adequate grasp when it comes to structured thinking and intellectually framing concepts in a coherent manner. However, when analyzing and making conceptual sense of information, the priority of an ESI is more geared towards evaluating it in terms of tangible worth or detriment, rather than abstracting out descriptive nuances for its own sake.

4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAWUlEQVQoFZWRMQ4AIAgDrf//swoJpIJoZBFLrwxgrGqhAKhyGLUevM9vAixdSO4tKQE2qN4NOCVGbQOqVNYdiEls4pkDbLj1CnBCZTbP9wY5abp0tUX07w0TQOYIKuOiDqIAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Ne ]

When it comes to brainstorming novel conceptions and varied interpretations, ESIs have hardly any natural aptitude or interest. Individuals of this type are quickly overwhelmed and put off by idle intellectual speculation – especially when they see no concrete, personal relevance in it. An ESI would rather minimize unnecessary ambiguity, and typically prefer to reduce things to the bottom line of how reliable or trustworthy they are.

* #### “Dovetailing” Block - \[ “Strategy” ]

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAHklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAyaiVUIVjmogJsSGQygBAGOyARctg8RmAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Te]

While grounded and pragmatic in their concerns, ESIs typically have a hard time with such things as strategically navigating unfamiliar circumstances or dispassionately assessing productive uses for available data. For this reason, they prefer to rely on the discretion of trusted individuals who’ve consistently proven themselves to be reliable and skilled in such matters.

6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAASElEQVQoFWNgwA7+A4VBGAMwYYiQIYBsMjIbbBTFNmCYCDQWRYwiG1BMQvM7XI5sG+AmoJmMzAWrIcsGYkyH2fSfEcgiRQMDAAq7DP8hUE6AAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Ni ]

ESIs are avid when it comes to discerning long-term prospects and setting a solid practical direction to their life. However, ESIs can develop tunnel-vision while pursuing a preferred course, and be rather inflexible when it comes to navigating or working around unexpected contingencies. Despite being rather slow in strategically adjusting to setbacks, an ESI’s stubborn perseverance is usually more than enough to hold them over until they’ve come upon a suitable course correction.

* #### “Trailing” Block - \[ “Aesthesis” ]

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAKElEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QSZsgvjEhoMGUEjgCiWsfh8OnibZDwCFqQIW5gZ6ywAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fe]

Even though ESIs are keenly attuned to the experience of their own affective responses, they’re usually rather cautious and reserved in how much of it they outwardly express. For the most part, an ESI’s level of emotional expressivity tends to be tied to how close or familiar they are with the individuals they’re interacting with. Even then, their affectations are emitted for the purpose of frankly communicating their own attitudes, rather than shaping anyone else’s mood.

8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAATElEQVQoFWNkwAT/0YQY0fhwLkghumKQJFZxbArhJkEZYDVM6KLE8IkxHWbOf5JtoL0GuNtgDDw0+aEEMxRkArYQQxHHFu3omlDUAABJTg//VPgh0QAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Si ]

Unsurprisingly, ESIs are as immersed in their body’s immediate sensory impressions as they are in their visceral preferences. For this reason, ESIs naturally attend to the subjective details of their surroundings, and are very particular in how they keep their personal spaces. However, for an ESI, a far greater premium is put on physical benefit and security than aesthetic appeal and comfort.
