# LSE - the “Foreman” (TeSi)
* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Utility” ]
1. “Base” Function - \[  Te]
LSEs are highly industrious and practical individuals, tirelessly busying themselves with tangible, real-world tasks. They proactively take on heavy workloads, and have a very hands-on approach when it comes to technical problem solving – flexibly trying and modifying various techniques as the situation requires. For an LSE creative, effective use of practical methods & resources is of utmost importance to maintain the productive workflow of one’s environment.
2. “Creative” Function - \[  Si ]
Key to an LSE’s productivity is observational feedback; dispassionately making direct note of what they’re doing, and gauging the effectiveness of their approach as they go along. By nature, LSEs are staunch empiricists, and will stick with any methods that their own senses demonstrate to be objectively functional over preconceived notions of what ought to work or how things should be done.

3. “Role” Function - \[  Fe]
While LSEs prefer to get straight down to business, they recognize the necessity of effectively tailored emotional communication to get different people onboard and co-operating with work tasks that need doing. In such situations an LSE can adequately come across in a persuasive, respectable manner. However, LSEs tend to chafe at being restricted to overly formal, anodyne rhetoric, and prefer more informal settings where they feel they can communicate authentically.
4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[  Ni ]
LSEs are too hard-nosed and work oriented to have much patience or care for flights of fancy. Even if they had the time on their hands, such things as idle fantasizing about the arc of history, or philosophizing on the deeper meaning of life, have no interest to them. LSEs would rather busy themselves with the mundane business of improving quality of life in the here & now with practical amenities and other tangible benefits.

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[  Fi ]
Despite all their practical skill and drive to be useful, the overwhelmingly external focus of LSEs makes it difficult for them to deeply introspect and feel out what's inherently worthwhile in an abstract sense. For this reason, LSEs prefer having those in their life who’re in touch with their inner convictions and possess well-developed ideals to help morally center them, providing a personal sense of value and appreciation for the fruits of their endeavors.
6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[  Ne ]
In keeping with their relentless work ethic, LSEs prize practical ingenuity. Even with their predominant focus being on concrete matters, individuals of this type still have enough of a creative spark to imagine a bit outside the box. Often, LSEs will mentally practice variations on techniques they’ve used previously. They may then experiment with applying promising methods to novel problems as a means of testing their effectiveness.

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[  Ti ]
Even though LSEs easily pick up on procedure, and even readily develop protocols of their own, they buck at rigidly adhering to them. For an LSE, methods must be customized to best suit the task at hand and, when necessary, a rule should be disregarded if it’s counter-productive in a given situation. With this type, productivity takes priority over formal propriety, and practicality trumps prescription every time.
8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[  Se ]
Through their skilled, industrious efforts, LSEs inevitably exert an extensive influence over the physical space around them, and can readily take charge of a situation as needed. However, LSEs prefer to lead through competence rather than dominance, and have absolutely no interest in just throwing their weight around for the sake of asserting authority. LSEs see no point in leveraging force beyond harnessing it towards productive work.
