# IEE - the “Eclectic” (NeFi)
* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Ethos” ]
1. “Base” Function - \[  Ne ]
IEEs are vivaciously free-spirited individuals, ever seeking novel experiences and opportunities for personal growth. This boundless curiosity and adventurousness often has them incessantly project-hopping, with one hardly being completed before the IEE is drawn off to explore some other exciting prospect. If an IEE feels things are stagnating into a stale, unproductive routine, they will quickly set themselves to mix the situation up in ingenious ways. However, for all their whimsical spontaneity, IEEs are sharply discerning when it comes to feeling out latent potential – especially in people.
2. “Creative” Function - \[  Fi ]
In their enthusiastic pursuit of enriching experiences, IEEs imagine all manner of idealized prospects which frequently spark the interest of others. Many of the activities and projects conjured up by an IEE serve to inspire character growth in individuals, as their engagements with these novel situations help draw out latent aspects of their inner selves they may not have even been aware of. For an IEE, the unexpected takeaways one derives from personal exploration is its own reward.

3. “Role” Function - \[  Se ]
While IEEs are moderately capable at intervening to steer the course of a situation, they have little interest in actively taking charge, preferring to just gently coax or nudge things along and see how they work out. The free spirited nature of IEEs extends broadly as a general live-and-let-live attitude, and they find the prospect of having to control a situation or manage others for any extended period tiresome.
4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[  Ti ]
IEEs are notoriously flighty and unreliable, with their virtually insuppressible spontaneity making it difficult for them to settle into ordered routines or longstanding commitments. IEEs particularly abhor what they feel to be arbitrary strictures, preferring personal freedom to the nth degree. Generally speaking, an IEE will only tolerate fixed rules to the extent that they're of obvious practical use or necessity – and even then they’re liable to only follow them in an ad hoc manner.

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[  Si ]
An IEE's highly haphazard – and often frenetic – temperament, also makes it hard for them to attend to concrete details with any consistent depth of focus. This often leaves them feeling ungrounded and scattered to an unproductive degree. For this reason, they prefer to have more settled individuals in their lives who can help them with the maintenance of necessary, day-to-day particulars that allow one to smoothly function in the world.
6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[  Te]
In their near constant pursuit of practical experience and self-improvement, IEEs often end up making themselves jacks-of-many trades. As a matter of course, they eagerly dabble in a broad-range of skills, but are never quite satisfied with their level of expertise – even in areas where they happen to excel. While IEEs may appreciate instructive prompting here & there to set them on track, they largely prefer to work things out themselves through direct practice, and encourage others to learn in a similar manner.

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[  Ni ]
While easily capable of weaving linear narrative threads, or envisioning scenarios of how they'd like things to go, IEEs are disinterested in constraining the scope of their consideration this way. Instead, they'd much rather imaginatively explore all the promising things that can be tried, and interesting ways in which they could conceivably be done. As such, IEEs tend towards offhandedly plotting out numerous, relatively short-term courses to hop between, never fully committing to any.
8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[  Fe]
IEEs are as effortlessly adept with verbally expressing their emotional takes as they are at imagining alternative ways to approach matters of interest. However, they're not much inclined to use their persuasive skills to incite groups of people towards some common cause or shared mission. Instead, IEEs prefer to effectively inform people in an engaging way, while inspiring them to develop their own individual perspectives and approaches to issues that personally concern them.
