# LSI - the “Inspector” (TiSe)

* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Performance” ]

1. “Base” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAMUlEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAxaQyv//idPDyMjIwES00VCFoxqICTHahxIjKKKJcQpMDQDTbAUXrf8MiAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Ti ]

LSIs are, first and foremost, concerned with living in accordance with sound principles; naturally settling into observance of procedure as a matter of course. Individuals of this type not only excel at taking up codified standards of conduct, but many may even formulate their own entire systems, integrating them as physically routinized habits. When they can, LSIs are typically drawn to operating within the context of a bureaucratic setting, or otherwise directly contributing to the logistical aspects of building & perpetuating a status quo they favor.

2. “Creative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAVklEQVQoFb1R2wpAIQjT6P9/udOCxRLCTg/5pLvgSm+9TMrdZTILtFWyURhxGguInZgm1QyDElmPwMsbMsPvDQ8M/K4sO3ho7yKdbKFmXppAPCJxRv4AhFMdEL1ax1YAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Se ]

In keeping with their commitment to order, LSIs are not only self-disciplined when it comes to following principles they espouse, but will resolutely uphold those prescriptions against real-world opposition – be it mere individual transgressions or the encroachment of opposing systems. For an LSI, simply believing in correct rules and doctrinestrines is not enough; one must also be willing to enforce those standards, and bring external conditions into conformity with them. Maintaining what they view as a proper order in one's own affairs, and the world in general, is of utmost importance to an LSI.

* #### “Diverting” Block - \[ “Ethos” ]

3. “Role” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAOklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QZAYNg3YxMD6mXCZgkt8EGpgweVWoDhOj+OUwGLY/0HoaVD0k+IHBgBiPwcPO3+IrQAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fi ]

LSIs tend to have a decent sense for where their moral compass lies, having little issue when it comes to discerning what they personally feel to be good or bad, and acting accordingly within what they view as rational bounds. That said, for LSIs, personal values aren’t a substantive enough basis to dictate conduct or effectively order a society, as they’re too subjective and variable between individuals. Instead, LSIs prefer to have objective standards laid down as explicit laws, which may be clearly understood by all and consistently enforced.

4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAWUlEQVQoFZWRMQ4AIAgDrf//swoJpIJoZBFLrwxgrGqhAKhyGLUevM9vAixdSO4tKQE2qN4NOCVGbQOqVNYdiEls4pkDbLj1CnBCZTbP9wY5abp0tUX07w0TQOYIKuOiDqIAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Ne ]

With their core focus being rooted in structured routine and clarifying organization, creative spontaneity does not come naturally to LSIs, and they abhor uncertainty. While this aversion to ambiguity – or any other muddling factor – is readily apparent in LSIs, they tend not to see it as a shortcoming. Most would rather settle for adherence to an admittedly flawed system than accept the apparent chaos of thinking and behaving without some designated structure or parameter to clearly account for it.

* #### “Dovetailing” Block - \[ “Aspiration” ]

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAKElEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QSZsgvjEhoMGUEjgCiWsfh8OnibZDwCFqQIW5gZ6ywAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fe]

As thorough as they are when it comes to the formal ins-&-outs of procedural systems, LSIs struggle with voicing their views on such matters to others in an emotionally compelling and convincing way. As such, LSIs like having around those who not only take an interest in their belief systems, but also possess the charisma and oratory skills to favorably draw others into their perspective.

6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAASElEQVQoFWNgwA7+A4VBGAMwYYiQIYBsMjIbbBTFNmCYCDQWRYwiG1BMQvM7XI5sG+AmoJmMzAWrIcsGYkyH2fSfEcgiRQMDAAq7DP8hUE6AAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Ni ]

While LSIs are primarily focused on the observance and perpetuation of behavioral protocols, they prefer to have an overarching ideological narrative to impart a greater sense of mission. To this end, LSIs can adequately reflect upon their place in the course of history and prescribe a path for themselves that's meaningful within that framing. However, LSIs tend to not be particularly imaginative in their narrative vision, often causing them to come across as narrow-minded and dogmatic in their pursuit of a singular ideological course.

* #### “Trailing” Block - \[ “Utility” ]

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAHklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAyaiVUIVjmogJsSGQygBAGOyARctg8RmAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Te]

LSIs possess a considerable degree of natural competence when it comes to picking up and implementing hands-on practical skills. However, they aren’t too keen on creatively optimizing methods for situational utility, instead preferring steadfast adherence to standardized protocols. To an LSI, order trumps practicality, as they view the symbolic significance of one’s actions to be of greater importance than mundane utilitarian concerns.

8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAATElEQVQoFWNkwAT/0YQY0fhwLkghumKQJFZxbArhJkEZYDVM6KLE8IkxHWbOf5JtoL0GuNtgDDw0+aEEMxRkArYQQxHHFu3omlDUAABJTg//VPgh0QAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Si ]

Given their core focus on meticulous observance of procedure, LSIs naturally have a sharp eye for detail, readily noting key particulars of how components of their environment fit together and operate. However, the sensory acuity of LSIs is devoted far more to ensuring that any space under their purview is up to preconceived standards, rather than flexibly adjusting to their environment for immediate functionality and convenience.
