# EIE - the “Evangel” (FeNi)
* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Aspiration” ]
1. “Base” Function - \[  Fe]
The core focus of EIEs is centered in their innermost passions, which they primarily convey through evocative language – making them charismatically eloquent advocates for any contemporary issues or causes that capture their interest. Particularly skilled individuals of this type employ the shrewd use of rhetoric and symbolism to persuade, often powerfully affecting the opinions of others and, in the right circumstances, even stirring them to concerted action. EIEs abhor apathy, and view the clear, free-flowing expression of one’s emotions as being of the utmost importance,
2. “Creative” Function - \[  Ni ]
An EIE effortlessly wields their swirling inner sentiments to emotionally characterize and shape compelling narratives in keeping with those opinions. However, their focus on making decisions according to evershifting, momentary desires inclines EIEs to be more improvisational when it comes to envisioning and plotting out narrative courses. As forward thinking as EIEs tend to be, they also prefer to keep their options open, rarely committing to a set approach, and readily conjuring aspirational visions tailored to resonate with the mindset of whatever audience they wish to affect.

3. “Role” Function - \[  Te]
EIEs are moderately comfortable with picking up basic, hands-on skills, as they recognize the necessity of being able to tangibly demonstrate some level of practical competence; both for the sake of self-sufficiency and for personal credibility. However, EIEs tend to have little interest in the drudgery of getting their hands dirty with day-to-day, menial tasks beyond the bare minimum necessary. Instead, EIEs prefer to apply their energies toward work that they feel directly contributes to creating a lasting emotional impact.
4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[  Si ]
Being chiefly concerned with following their quixotic passions and ambitions, EIEs have no aptitude or proclivity for attending to mundane, nuts-&-bolts details – finding it painfully boring. It's not unusual for an EIE to feel their entire reason for being is to strive for the extraordinary and, if possible, help spark world-changing reform. They’d much rather leave tedious, quotidian concerns for others. Unless something in the environment strongly arouses their senses, it's liable to entirely escape an EIE’s notice.

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[  Ti ]
The kaleidoscopic swirl of abstract emotions that an EIE is centered in often makes it difficult for them to settle into logically consistent patterns of conduct, and it's not unusual for many EIEs to have a rather mercurial sense of identity. Because of this, EIEs appreciate the stabilizing presence of those in their lives who are resolutely rigorous and provide the clear, ideological anchoring they need to rationally channel their passions into meaningful, tangible outcomes.
6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[  Se ]
EIEs typically have a strong desire to exert an active influence in shaping the course of events. However, their relatively modest abilities with hands-on, physical implementation leaves them more reliant on leveraging their much stronger oratory skills to incite others toward affecting the change they wish to see. Even so, EIEs still prefer to get directly involved when they can, and will sometimes supplement their use of stirring words with evocative, symbolic demonstrations to move people towards transformative action.

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[  Fi ]
On the whole, EIEs have a relatively strong sense of their own moral center. That said, individuals of this type generally have little interest in quietly reflecting on abstract ideals. To an EIE, emotional engagement and making one’s voice heard to tangibly affect relevant issues of the day is of far more importance than private cultivation of one’s inner character. In their view, simply being good at heart means little if one isn’t an active force making a difference in the real world.
8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[  Ne ]
Along with an EIE’s charismatic wit and way with words comes an inspirational breadth of imagination and capacity for ingenuity. Despite all their innate creativity, though, EIEs don't have much interest in mere personal growth or pursuit of novelty for novelty’s sake. They would rather harness and dynamically channel their inner potential towards making a transformative impact on society. Unless an EIE can see a way of tying some creative occupation into a greater cause they’re passionate about, it’s not likely to be any more than a passing interest to them.
