# ESE - the “Enthusiast” (FeSi)

###

* #### “Leading” Block - \[ “Aesthesis” ]

1. “Base” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAKElEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QSZsgvjEhoMGUEjgCiWsfh8OnibZDwCFqQIW5gZ6ywAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fe ]

ESE are highly gregarious and vivacious by nature. They thrive on emitting lively, atmospheric vibes which create a sense of inclusivity and enjoyment for all present. As such, ESEs tend to be very physical in their mode of expression, making highly animated – often exaggerated – affectations which magnify their presence and palpably convey their own moods to those around them.

2. “Creative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAATElEQVQoFWNkwAT/0YQY0fhwLkghumKQJFZxbArhJkEZYDVM6KLE8IkxHWbOf5JtoL0GuNtgDDw0+aEEMxRkArYQQxHHFu3omlDUAABJTg//VPgh0QAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Si ]&#x20;

In the service of affecting an enjoyable atmosphere, ESEs may put on vivid aesthetic touches and artistic displays to enliven the senses of all present. Individuals of this type also love pastimes which involve tactile engagement with their physical environment, be it through activities like decoration, cooking, gardening, sports, or what-have-you.

* #### “Diverting” Block - \[ “Strategy” ]

3. “Role” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAHklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAyaiVUIVjmogJsSGQygBAGOyARctg8RmAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Te ]

It’s not unusual for ESEs to take an active role in collecting data necessary to draw out plans for recreational and social events, or business projects around such activities. However, research & plan formulation isn’t particularly a forte or point of interest for this type, and it’s almost always done primarily in the service of promoting enjoyment. Even when communicating factual information, ESE’s often exaggerate or embellish details to be more emotionally engaging, rather than prioritize accuracy.

4. “Vulnerable” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAASElEQVQoFWNgwA7+A4VBGAMwYYiQIYBsMjIbbBTFNmCYCDQWRYwiG1BMQvM7XI5sG+AmoJmMzAWrIcsGYkyH2fSfEcgiRQMDAAq7DP8hUE6AAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC) Ni ]

ESEs are notoriously bad at reflecting upon and foreseeing the practical, longer-term consequences of their decisions. Instead, individuals of this type tend to be heavily biased towards very carefree, optimistic outlooks. ESEs very often disregard forewarnings of negative outcomes, preferring to ride their enthusiasm into endeavors of interest and learn through direct experience..

* #### “Dovetailing” Block - \[ “Interpretation” ]

5. “Suggestive” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAMUlEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8REAxaQyv//idPDyMjIwES00VCFoxqICTHahxIjKKKJcQpMDQDTbAUXrf8MiAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Ti ]

With their awareness centered in their physical experience of emotionality, ESEs find it particularly difficult to think in a coolly detached, coherent manner, and long for more clarity in how they articulate themselves. As such, they greatly appreciate more analytically minded individuals who can readily assist them in the area of formal thought and speech.

6. “Mobilizing” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAWUlEQVQoFZWRMQ4AIAgDrf//swoJpIJoZBFLrwxgrGqhAKhyGLUevM9vAixdSO4tKQE2qN4NOCVGbQOqVNYdiEls4pkDbLj1CnBCZTbP9wY5abp0tUX07w0TQOYIKuOiDqIAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Ne ]

ESEs are very intellectually curious, often having wide interests and an ever-present desire to broaden their horizons. While not particularly good at coming up with their own compelling abstractions, they more than make up for it with their ability to popularize ideas of interest to them and inspire collective brainstorming with others.

* #### “Trailing” Block - \[ “Volition” ]

7. “Ignoring” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAOklEQVQoFWNkYGD4D8TYACM2QZAYNg3YxMD6mXCZgkt8EGpgweVWoDhOj+OUwGLY/0HoaVD0k+IHBgBiPwcPO3+IrQAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==) Fi ]

While very socially interactive and charismatic, ESEs tend not to focus too deeply on their own relational attitudes or others’. Instead, they prioritize using their cursory awareness of others preferences to positively affect their mood in the moment, and generally try to express their own attitudes in such a way as to maintain a friendly and inclusive presence.<br>

8. “Demonstrative” Function - \[ ![](data:image/png;base64,iVBORw0KGgoAAAANSUhEUgAAAAwAAAAMCAYAAABWdVznAAAAAXNSR0IArs4c6QAAAERlWElmTU0AKgAAAAgAAYdpAAQAAAABAAAAGgAAAAAAA6ABAAMAAAABAAEAAKACAAQAAAABAAAADKADAAQAAAABAAAADAAAAAATDPpdAAAAVklEQVQoFb1R2wpAIQjT6P9/udOCxRLCTg/5pLvgSm+9TMrdZTILtFWyURhxGguInZgm1QyDElmPwMsbMsPvDQ8M/K4sO3ho7yKdbKFmXppAPCJxRv4AhFMdEL1ax1YAAAAASUVORK5CYII=) Se ]

Despite being physically proactive and full of vigor, ESEs dislike coming across as pushy or overbearing. As much as they can, ESEs prefer to express their boundless energy in welcoming, non-threatening ways, and typically seek to make those around them feel at ease. However, if strongly provoked to anger, an ESE is a force to be reckoned with.
